The humanlinks resume service has two databases - one for Telecom / Information Technology professionals only, and the other for professionals in all the other categories. Anyone can view the resumes stored in either of the databases ( refer search tips for help ).

Search tips for viewing the resume database
Both the databases are searchable on all the fields of the database. Therefore, to search the database, a value has to be specified on at least one of the fields, viz., a value has to be given on at least one of Name,Function,Level, Interest etc. the search results can be sorted and range searches can also be done on the database; the options can be given at the end of the search form.
