| MEASUREMENT CRITERIA The measurement criteria form the basis for assessing the degree to which the areas of responsibility have been fulfilled. They are the indicators by which the results are measured. They can be expressed in terms of cost, time, qauntity, quality, or human reaction ( ratios, scales of values, general description ), in order of descending objectivity, and have to reach the highest possible level of objectivity. Limit these criteria to maximum 3 or 4.
