INSTRUMENT 

Ten situations, with 6 possible options each, are given below. For each situation you have 12 points, which you may distribute according to your preference. The choice you agree with most gets the highest score and others, in the descending order. You may assign equal weightage to all options, if that is the way you feel, or no points to some. Write what you would actually do, and not the ideal answer.

An example is given below :

You happen to get the question paper a day prior to an important examination. You would :

a). share the paper with your friends 5
b). keep the paper with you and not tell anyone about it 3
c). return the paper because you feel it is unfair to take advantage of the paper leakage 4

d). keep the paper with you since it seems everyone is doing so

Situations: 

1. You are offered a substantial amount of money as bribe by a supplier for giving him a contract for your company's hardware and software requirements. You would :  

a). reject the offer because, if found out, your job may be in jeopardy 

b). accept, since everybody seems to be doing so 

c). reject, since you firmly believe that all bribes are bad 

d).accept, since it is benefiting both you and the supplier 

e). reject, since it is not fair to other suppliers 

f). you want the best of materials, and the supplier may not give the best if you take a bribe 

 

2. You are in a desperate hurry to reach a place, and so you reach the railway station. There you learn that the only tickets available are those sold by the touts. You would :
