7 -11	Your general TCP level is very low.
12 -16	Your general TCP level is low.
17-21	Your general TCP level is in the lower part of the average range.
22-26	Your general TCP level is in the upper part of the average range.
27-31	Your general TCP level is high.
32-35	Your general TCP level is very high.

YOUR PROFILE : The higher your Direct Personalisation score is, the more you experience hurt feelings or a negative emotional response to conflict. If your score is high, you may also have a tendency to avoid arguments whenever possible. When you must engage in conflict, you may want to smooth it over or to compromise with the other person. However, when you find yourself in a conflict that you can't avoid, sometimes you turn aggressive and verbally attack the other person's ideas and personality. You may often be tense and sometimes submissive when engaged in arguments, and you probably do not feel that you are a good communicator during conflict. You may be uncomfortable listening to messages from other people, particularly when those messages conflict with your own ideas.
