MEDITATIONS

Even in our colleges, we never had a period longer than 70 minutes. Thereafter, it seems, psychological fatigue takes over. So, when we conduct a program continuously for 2 or 3 days, the psychological fatigue is bound to set in. Hence, we have in our programs at least one meditation every day so that there is a virtual recharging of the self as the program progresses. Where necessary and appropritate, we have a meditation every two hours. We have a menu of around 10-20 different types of meditations so that participants can learn the one that they like and can continue to practice even after the program.
